Founder & CEO
Alex Chow has been working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Dynamics NAV) since 1999. Over the years, Alex has conducted hundreds of implementations across multiple industries. His customers range from $2 million a year small enterprises to $500 million a year multi-national corporations.
Over the course of his Dynamics 365 Business Central career, he has often been designated as the primary person responsible for the success or failure of a Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation. The fact that Alex is still in the Dynamics 365 Business Central business means that he’s been pretty lucky so far. His extensive career in the Dynamics 365 Business Central business is evidence of his success rate and expertise.
With a background of implementing all functions and modules in and outside of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Alex has encountered and resolved the most practical to the most complex requirements and business rules. Through these experiences, he has learned that sometimes you have to be a little crazy to have a competitive edge.

Alex lives in Southern California with his beautiful wife and two lovely daughters. He considers himself the luckiest man in the world.
Darwin Smith is the Senior Dynamics 365 Business Central and Technical Lead at AP Commerce. He has been working with all aspects of Dynamics 365 Business Central since 2007 and has experience in the full life cycle of Business Central, from clean implementations to multi version upgrades. Additionally, Darwin has experience developing .NET add-ons for NAV as well as SQL database setup and optimization. With the depth of his experience, Darwin is able to provide the best solutions to our clients.
A graduate of Appalachian State University’s Walker College of Business with a degree in Computer Information Systems, Darwin currently lives in Kentucky with his wife. When he is not working, Darwin enjoys home brewing, golf, and spending time with his family and friends.
Executive Manager – Taiwan Office
Reca Fu is the leader of the Taiwan office for AP Commerce. Since 2008, she has worked as an advanced user, building her expertise in both the technical and functional aspects of Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Reca received her MBA from The Ohio State University and is Six Sigma Black Belt certified with a background in Accounting, Mathematics, and Logistics Engineering. Her goal is to help our clients grow their business by improving efficiency through process re-engineering and believes that Dynamics 365 Business Central provides the best environment for this to be accomplished.
Reca currently lives in Taipei Taiwan with her husband and baby girl and enjoys taking care of the people she loves.
